Lars Kastrup,


Lars Kastrup is Chief Executive Officer of APL, overseeing its global container shipping business. Prior to his current appointment, Mr Kastrup was Executive Vice President Assets of CMA CGM, heading up CMA Terminals, CMA Ships, Container Logistics as well as regional carriers such as MacAndrews, OPDR and Mercosul.

He was President of APL USA between August 2016 and August 2017 after heading CMA CGM Asia Regional office as Senior Vice President since 2014. Mr Kastrup joined the CMA CGM Group in Marseille in 2007 as Senior Vice President of its Commercial Agencies Network. Mr Kastrup started his career in A.P. Moller Maersk where he held several management positions. He complemented his education by an Executive Development from Penstale University (USA) and an Advanced Management from Wharton University (USA).
