Mr. Wan Min serves on the board of directors of the World Shipping Council, and also serves as the Executive Vice President of China COSCO, Managing Director of COSCO Container Lines (COSCON), and a member of the International Council of Containership Operators (Box Club). He previously held positions as general manager for COSCON's Asia Pacific trade, and later for the American trade. He also served as the Deputy Managing Director of COSCON, General Manager of COSCO Freight Forwarding Co., Ltd. (COSFRE), President of COSCO Container Lines Americas, Inc. and President of COSCO Americas, Inc.
In June 2011, Mr. Wan took the helm of COSCO's liner arm - COSCON - headquartered in Shanghai. His is also Deputy Director of the Shanghai Shipowners' Association and Executive Deputy Director of the Shanghai Navigation Institute.
