A WSC paper that examines the principal mid-term measures under consideration by the Committee, identifies cross-cutting issues relevant to numerous proposals, and proposes three suggestions for consideration by the Working Group on Reduction of GHG Emissions from Ships (ISWG-GHG 13) and the 79th Session of the Committee (IMO MEPC 79).
