WSC response to the UK CMA CBER consultation submitted

Today, the World Shipping Council, the International Chamber of Shipping and the Asian Shipowners Association submitted a joint response to the UK Government consultation on the review of the Retained EU Law Consortia Block Exemption Regulation. The joint submission (attached) supports the UK Competition and Markets Authority’s (CMA) preliminary recommendation to pass the CBER into UK domestic law without major changes.
