The World Shipping Council Responds to Brazil ANTAQ and their Requests for Comments

The World Shipping Council responds to request for comments by the the Brazilian Agência Nacional de Transportes Aquaviários (ANTAQ) is on the basis for and practices associated with the collection of charges related to detention and demurrage, extra-freight values and surcharges, and terminal handling charges.
