IMRBF/IMRB paper to IMO ISWG

ICS, BIMCO, INTERTANKO, CLIA, WSC submit a paper to the working group that describes why a research and development (R&D) effort devoted to identifying the fuels, propulsion systems and related technologies necessary to achieve zero or near-zero carbon emissions in the global maritime fleet is critical to achieving the vision and specific objectives of the IMO's GHG Strategy (ISWG-GHG 5/4/4).
