Submittal to IMO PPR 9 on the classification of plastic pellets (PPR 9/15/1)
Cook Islands, Jamaica, Monaco, Norway, Palau, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Vanuatu, ICS, SPREP, and WSC have submitted a paper proposing that plastic pellets be identified as harmful substances in MARPOL Annex III.
