WSC submission on potential regulatory approaches to minimize the transfer of invasive aquatic species

This document examines potential regulatory approaches to minimize the transfer of invasive aquatic species and recommends a thorough consideration of these (and other) possible approaches to inform discussions on the form of the legally binding framework. The document also proposes specific elements to be considered by the Sub-Committee as it works to expand and refine the draft terms of reference forwarded by MEPC 83.
