Amendments to 5.4.4 of the IMDG Code (Basic documentation requirements)

This document urges – as discussed in paragraph 9 - that IMO adopt option 1 under "Amendments to 5.4.4 of the IMDG Code", as provided in document CCC 8/6/1 (report of the Correspondence Group on a Review of Maritime Special Provisions), as it would benefit shippers and carriers.
