This document provides a summary of the decisions made by CCC 8 on the regulation of UN 1361 and relevant proposals on these decisions. CCC 8 considered document CCC 8/6/1 (report of the Correspondence Group on a Review of Maritime Special Provisions), which dealt with the regulation of UN 1361, among other topics.
